Quick Rules
Goal: Win 2 of 3 lanes. Get your lane total to 21–26 (sold) and outscore your opponent's lane.

Each turn: play a card, discard, or disband a lane.
Number cards go on your lanes — follow the direction (asc/desc) or match the suit.
Face cards target any card: Jack removes, Queen reverses, King doubles, Joker nukes.

Over 26 = busted. Higher sold total wins the lane pair.

Overview
Each player has 3 jaravans (lanes). Your lane is paired against your opponent's opposite lane. Win 2 of 3 pairs to win the match. Both players draw from their own shuffled 54-card deck (standard 52 + 2 jokers). You start with 8 cards.

Opening Phase
Before normal play, each player places one number card on each of their 3 empty lanes (alternating turns). This sets the starting value and suit for each jaravan.

Turn Actions
On your turn, do exactly one:
Play a card from your hand onto a lane (yours or opponent's for face cards)
Discard a card — removes it from your hand, draw a replacement
Disband a jaravan — clear one of your lanes entirely and rebuild it

Number Cards (Ace, 2–10)
Place on your own jaravans only. After two cards establish a direction (ascending or descending), subsequent cards must follow that direction. Exception: a card matching the top card's suit can be placed regardless of direction.
Ace = 1. Cards of the same rank cannot be placed consecutively.

Face Cards
Can target any number card on either player's side:
Jack — removes the target card and all face cards attached to it. One-shot, doesn't stay on the board.
Queen — attaches to the target card. Reverses the lane's direction and changes its effective suit to the Queen's suit.
King — attaches to the target card and doubles its value. Multiple Kings stack multiplicatively (×2, ×4, ×8).
Joker — placed on a number card. On an Ace: removes all other cards of that suit across all lanes. On a non-Ace: removes all other cards of that rank across all lanes. The target card itself stays.

Selling & Winning
A jaravan is sold when its total is between 21 and 26 (inclusive). Over 26 = busted (counts as unsold). The game ends when all 3 lanes are resolved — a lane is resolved when at least one side is sold and there’s no tie. The player who wins more lanes takes the game.

Running Out
If both players have no cards in hand and no valid moves (including disbands), the player winning more lane pairs wins. Equal = draw.
